I'm anxious to see what we get
from this breeding, hopefully some nice show prospects, with versatility and
intelligence for hunting, obedience, agility
or service dogs. For sure, the puppies will have nice calm, loving
temperaments for wonderful family companions.
MacLaren is a nice young dog,
very well balanced, correct angulation, strong topline, wonderful movement and a
lovely typy and masculine headpiece. He has done very well in the show
ring with limited showing and finished with 4-point and 5-point majors, all
owner-handled. Lily is a delightful
young bitch with a confident, sweet, very congenial temperament and strong
retrieving instincts (a lot of working blood behind her also). She has a
lovely headpiece, outstanding pigment, nice angles and balance. Lily did
well in the ring as a youngster, picking up several major reserves, a Best Puppy
and Puppy Group 2; she will return to the ring after this
litter.

approved show and/or pet homes and select breeders. Currently taking deposits.

UPDATE:
On Monday,
January 15, Lily whelped 7 good-sized puppies in 2 1/2 hours! She doesn't
mess around when it's time! Unfortunately, there were 2 still-born puppies
(black males) that I just couldn't revive. But we have 5 beautiful,
healthy puppies ... 2 black males, 2 yellow males (with some beautiful golden
tones) and 1 yellow female who will become the next "Princess" among a
bunch of boys! All are doing well.
