This is a co-breeding with
Barbara Gilchrist (Blackthorn) and we're excited, expecting some beautiful
puppies from this litter ... a nice line-breeding on Strutts, Arnold/Ruffy,
Brodie, Marshland Bakela, and Dillon. The pedigree also brings in some
strong producers such as Ghoststone's Louie Downtown (one of my favorites),
Windfall Pipe Major, Dickendall Davaron Gable and Lobuff's Bare Necessities.
Armani is a beautiful,
well-balanced dog with strong front and rear, good topline, a lot of coat, typy
headpiece. His movement is very correct and he shows with style. He
is a multi Specialty Winner and took Best of Opposite in Sweeps at the Potomac
from the 6-9 month class. Lizzy is a fun, spirited girl with lovely
reach of neck, strong topline, perfect tailset, good angles front and
rear. Her movement is outstanding. She picked up her first
championship points at 10 months and will return to the show ring after this
litter.

UPDATE:
Early morning on 3/27, after working hard for hours, Lizzy managed to deliver 1 big yellow female, then basically
shut down. Two more puppies were taken via c-section, another yellow female and a yellow male. That was all she had, we didn't lose any,
thank God. Rather than a bunch of puppies, we got a few HUGE puppies ranging from 18+ ounces to a whopping 23.8 ounces!!! Lizzy and the
babies are all doing well, happy to be settled in at home. Lizzy's a wonderful mama and the puppies look beautiful. Although disappointed
that we didn't get any blacks, and didn't get more puppies, I'm thankful that Lizzy is fine and the babies we did get are strong and healthy.
