Albert is a young dog
showing a lot of potential. He is a Study son, out of a Lacey & Tad
daughter. Although a slow maturing bloodline, Albert has won most of his
12-18 month specialty/supported entry classes and will be ready to show more
seriously in the coming year. He is well balanced with a strong topline,
good angles, plenty of bone and moves flawlessly. He's developing a
beautiful masculine headpiece and has a wonderful temperament and very strong
retrieving instincts. Even as a little puppy, Albert showed extraordinary
intelligence ... thus his name.
Berry is a beautiful
bitch with a fabulous pedigree. Her daddy is "James", MBISS Am,
Can, Int'l. CH Beechcroft Study's Top Secret, who broke the record for the most specialty
show wins in breed history in his short time here in the U.S. I feel
honored to have had the opportunity to breed to him. You can see more of

Berry's mama, "Clarice" is lovely enough that I was able to finish her myself,
without any professional handlers ... and is a favorite here at Tealwood, my
best bed partner! Berry is very well balanced and has beautiful angulation
front and rear (including that rare correct front angulation and upper arm!), a
strong topline, nice reach of neck, excellent coat and a lovely headpiece.
She moves beautifully and is a strong retriever ... as well as an outstanding
soccer player!
This breeding is a
nice line breeding on the highly respected BISS Am, Can. CH Beechcroft's Study
In Black, and brings a lot of influential dogs into the pedigree. I expect some very
nice show prospects, nice companion dogs and dogs with high intelligence and
strong hunting/working ability. Inquiries are welcome.
UPDATE:
In the wee hours of
the morning of her due date, Berry started whelping. ALL puppies came out
strong and kicking ... a wonderful whelping! We have 5 black boys and 2
black girls. Although 25% should have been yellow (statistically), we got
no yellows this time. Since I love black, and have people wanting blacks,
I'm very happy with these beautiful babies!
