Gizmo
is so named because he was a tiny puppy, only 7.25 ounces at
birth. But, strong and determined, he grew like crazy and nobody
pushes him around! Lovely, typy head and expression, wonderful
coat, pigment, front and rear angles and tail. Maybe a bit spoiled because
of all the extra nurturing, but shows lots of potential!
Gizmo has a wonderful calm, congenial temperament; also is an avid, consistent retriever!
I am very sad to say
that Gizmo passed away on May 10, 2014 after a battle with cancer.
His adoptive family gave him undying love and the best of care while he
was with them, and all were there for him in his final moments to ease
his passage across the Rainbow Bridge.
Gizmo holds the record
for the absolute SWEETEST dog that I've ever encountered, and anyone who
knew him loved him. He is deeply missed by many, and will be one
of the first I'll look for when I cross over. God speed, my sweet,
gentle Baby Giz. |
Sweetie Gizmo has left Tealwood and gone to his
retirement home with a wonderful family in Illinois,
Krista and Scott Mihigan and their sons Hunter and
Shane. He sleeps on beds, goes to ball games,
and gets (and gives) tons of hugs and kisses. If
anyone ever deserved this much love, it is Baby Giz!
I will forever love you, Gizmo, and never forget you!
