"Briggs", completed his championship with three majors by 13 months of age. He was the top winning Lab in breed history with 12 Best In Show wins until the record was broken by
his grandson, Ch.Charisma's Lone Star Rick. Briggs took BIS at the 1968 International Kennel Club, and accumulated 45 Group firsts, 12 Group seconds, 9 Group thirds and 7 Group fourths all during a 14-month period in 1967-68. He was the Top Sporting Dog in 1958 (Phillips system). Briggs sired 94 champions including two BIS winners and lives on in many of our quality pedigrees.
